Welcome to MoxBiokinetics

Michelle Moxley, Biokineticists, Southern Suburbs, Cape Town

I completed my Biokinetic internship in 2004 at Sports Science Institute of South Africa and have since worked in the rehabilitation, chronic disease and health sector for over 20 years.

My amazing team have a real passion for the services we offer and the people that we help. We wish to empower all our clients to take control over their condition: whether it be a sporting injury or a lifelong disease.

Exercise may be daunting for people who have never done it or may experience negative symptoms.

We  aim to provide a supportive environment where one can feel comfortable to start their rehabilitation or fitness journey.

We use evidence based practise when prescribing programs and always try to keep it safe and fun.

Many conditions require special precautions and limitations – We will guide and educate you to ensure that you are aware of what you can and cannot do, to gain quick recovery and best outcome.
