Welcome to MoxBiokinetics
Michelle Moxley, Biokineticists, Southern Suburbs, Cape Town
I have a passion for what I do and the people that I help. I wish to empower all my clients to take control over their condition: whether it be a sporting injury or a lifelong disease.
I aim to provide a supportive environment where one can feel comfortable to start their rehabilitation journey. For some people it may only last a few weeks, but for others it may require months or years of commitment.
I completed my Biokinetic internship in 2004 at Sports Science Institute of South Africa and have since worked in the rehabilitation, chronic disease and health sector for over 15 years.
Exercise may be daunting for people who have never done it or may experience negative symptoms. I use evidence based practise when prescribing programs and always try to keep it safe and fun.
Many conditions require special precautions and limitations – I will guide and educate you to ensure that you are aware of what you can and cannot do to gain quick recovery and best outcome.
